Judit Crace from Top Idaho Real Estate was highly recommended to me. I reached out to her and we made an appointment to meet. I was impressed by the questions that she was asking me! She genuinely cared about my dream retirement home. I advised her, this was going to be the biggest purchase I’ve ever made. I advised her I had no idea what I should do, what I should ask, what I should look for. I was totally in her capable hands, and I trusted her completely!!! In these days and times to be able to find someone you can trust, you can trust Judit Crace! She expertly guided me through the whole process, every step of the way. She was in constant communication with me. I felt like I was her only client!!! I never had a chance to call her. She always called me first … like she was psychic! Her communication skills are unparallel. Her negotiating skills, got me my dream retirement home below my budget. She held my hand, explain things to me, and never made me feel in adequate!!! Judit and Issac were fantastic selling our house. They were always there when we wanted them (much more than needed). They took care to make sure we understood every step of the way (not just that we were informed). They advised us as much as they could, and brought in experts, when needed, to fill any gaps. They had contacts to handle every concern the buyers brought up. Their contacts were ready to help as quickly as anyone can reasonably expect. They have an excellent photographer who took a ton of quality photos for listing. Judit and Issac were always on time and pleasant. There were issues with the process, as there always is with real estate transactions, and they handled those issues better than expected in every case. They listed our house at a sensible, and reasonable price even though there were very few (if any) relevant comparisons nearby. We got multiple offers as a result of the good pricing they set up. Both Judit and Issac did not want to close a transaction simply to close it. They wanted us to get a good deal, and get what we wanted, not just chase their own bottom line. They provided helpful and relevant documentation to help set our expectations and help us do the best we could. They use every technological advantage they can leverage as well. We mostly handled transactions in person, but when a quick response was needed, they provided electronic documents. I have familial relationships who are in real estate in other regions of the US. They always backed up what Judit and Issac suggested, which tells me that they are honest and straightforward. We cannot recommend them enough. We are in the process of also buying a house, and they are representing us in that situation as well. So far they've been just as excellent on the buying transaction side as we've seen them on the selling transaction side. We will be recommending them to all of our friends, family, and others who need a qualified, helpful, and reliable real estate agent. Judit and Isaac sold our house in Nampa during a crazy and unpredictable time, July and August 2022. They did such an incredible job making sure that our house was priced right by checking the pricing daily. They went above and beyond all of our expectations every time there was anything that came up. A great example would be when our back yard flooded because of a neighbors irrigation pipe breaking. I simply texted Judit to let her know that it had happened and within no time Judit and Isaac were at our house with sump pumps and hoses and our yard was free of all standing water. If you want the absolute best team to work with, look no further, these two will provide the top notch service you are looking for. They are very professional and quite fun to get to know as well. I still enjoy catching up with Judit and hearing about her adventures. I don't do reviews often, but these two did such a fantastic job selling our home that I would give them 10 out of 5 stars if I could.

I met Judit when I first moved to Meridian in 2016. She was the realtor for a friend of mine who moved to Emmett. I must say Judit was probably the best realtor I've ever had. I actually couldn't believe how much time she spent with me even though I was so undecided about what I actually wanted. She made various categories of homes and properties available for me to see, was always, always pleasant, and on-time if not early for our appointments. It was like having a good friend helping me out. I would highly recommend getting to know Judit and use her area knowledge and skills to find your next home. 5 stars

Judit is the best! We were in no hurry to buy or sell. She found something we liked daily and took us to look at it until we found the perfect home. She stayed in touch and made sure everything went well from start to finish. No detail was too small she truly cares and did a great job for us!

I can’t say enough about Judit and her passion to do all she can to sell our homes! She just sold our cabin with amazing pictures and drone videos displaying our property. She drove to the mountains with the other realtor’s clients because he couldn’t show it and ended up selling it to them. She came back one evening to the cabin and repaired an issue as a favor to us. She has staged another home and sold it immediately after having it listed with another agent for months. Phone calls and emails are immediately addressed .... and we have a lot!😬 She does what ever it takes to show and sell property impressively!

Zillow is where I came to look for an agent and I am thankful for others who left reviews and helped me to pick a great agent, and I want to pay that forward. I also wanted to leave an accurate review of Judit. Here are some things that I would have liked to have known about Judit before I chose her to represent me:* Judit did a fantastic job representing me and not her own interests. She was fantastic about taking the time to give me all the information I needed, and then really letting me make my own choices. * I am incredibly happy with Judit's level of communication. She was incredibly available, and amazing at coordinating with my loan and title companies. * Judit has been in this business for a long time, and it shows. I was truly impressed at her level of knowledge. She knew a lot about every step of the processes (loans, bids, laws, financing structures, home construction and maintenance, you name it) and really took the time to sit down and explain things until I felt comfortable in my understanding. * Besides having a big bag of tips and tricks, Judit payed so much attention to detail. For example, she immediately noticed signs of a really serious problem in a house that the owners and other bidders/agents had missed. So to sum everything up, I had a truly fantastic experience with Judit and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone else.
